About Alex Mapp
A professional footballer from Medina, Ohio with 5 seasons of experience throughout Europe. I attended The University of Akron, Ashland University, and Coastal Carolina University before signing my first professional contract for Vanersborg IF in the Swedish Third Tier, and have also represented clubs in Finland and England.
I have accumulated a wealth of experience during my career, and am happy to share the knowledge I have gained while inspiring others to follow their dreams.

Everything from first touch, passing, ball striking, and overall control. Being comfortable with the ball is very important in todays game, no matter where on the field you play.

Position specific movements and patterns that replicate match scenarios. It is important to train as you play, so working on repetitions you often see in a game will help you become reliant under pressure.
